As a leading Corporate and M&A practice in Northern Ireland, we are looking for an ambitious qualified lawyer with 4+ years PQE, who is keen to develop their experience working on the most significant corporate transactions in the jurisdiction. Our Corporate team is involved in an unparalleled range of complex, multi‑jurisdictional matters, working with a local and international client base. We are uniquely positioned in Northern Ireland offering a combination of local market‑leading expertise and knowledge, with the extensive strength and depth of resources of an international firm with an all‑island footprint.
In this role, you will be working within an award winning team providing legal advice to leading companies from all industry sectors along with private equity and venture capital providers in relation to their corporate activity in Northern Ireland.
Requirements- Qualified candidates, with 4+ years PQE
- Experience of working within a large, medium or boutique corporate law firm
- A keen interest to learn technically and through our various development programmes
- Excellent drafting skills, solid technical knowledge and good interpersonal ability
- Strong communication, client management and business development skills
- Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
- A team player who will actively engage with our culture and core values
