We are a long‑established, family‑run restaurant in the heart of Brighton and are currently looking for a Pizza Chef/Chef to join our team.
We pride ourselves on the quality of our dishes and use only authentic Italian ingredients as well as fresh local seafood that is brought in daily.
Responsibilities
• Make a full range of pizzas using authentic Italian ingredients.
• Work on a designated section of the kitchen, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration with teammates.
• Follow recipes closely and maintain consistent quality.
• Maintain the highest standards of food hygiene and cleanliness at all times, ensuring daily records are kept up to date.
