The predicted salary is between 13 - 16 £ per hour.

Hourly rate to be agreed, plus a share of service charge. We are a long‑established, family‑run restaurant in the heart of Brighton and are currently looking for a Pizza Chef/Chef to join our team. We pride ourselves on the quality of our dishes and use only authentic Italian ingredients as well as fresh local seafood that is brought in daily. As a dual role you will be required to have experience in making pizzas as well as working on a section within the kitchen. You should be able to closely follow recipes and work well within a team including independently.

Responsibilities:

  • Make pizzas according to recipes and quality standards.
  • Work a kitchen section, maintain high standards of food hygiene and cleanliness.
  • Ensure daily records are maintained.
