We are a long‑established, family‑run restaurant in the heart of Brighton and are currently looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join our team.

Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the kitchen team to prepare authentic Italian dishes from scratch, including fish and seafood.
- Support a small team of chefs and kitchen assistants and ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Ensure Health/Food Safety practices are followed and maintain daily records.
- Operate efficiently in a fast‑paced, busy environment.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a chef or in a kitchen environment.
- Hardworking, punctual, and experienced in a fast‑paced and busy environment.
- Background or keen interest in Italian cuisine (training provided).
- Must be UK based and live in Brighton or surrounding areas.
