Our Territory Managers play a vital role in supporting our Retail & Trade partners while driving growth across their region. What you’ll do:

  • Build strong relationships to develop both existing and new customers.
  • Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and developing existing customer accounts.
  • Promote and sell the Dulux Trade/Retail, Armstead, Cuprinol & Automotive product ranges, ensuring customers understand the value and benefits of our solutions.
  • Deliver product demonstrations and technical advice to customers to support their business success.
  • Work closely with Trade & Retail partners, and internal teams to maximise opportunities in the market.
  • Plan and manage your territory effectively, prioritising customer visits and business opportunities.
  • Identify and win new business, strengthening AkzoNobel’s presence within our portfolio of customers.
  • Keep up to date with market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform your sales strategy.
  • Represent AkzoNobel professionally in the field, delivering a best-in-class customer experience.

What you bring:

  • Experience in a field-based sales role or strong customer-facing commercial experience.
  • A proven ability to build relationships and influence customers.
  • A strong commercial mindset with a passion for driving sales and achieving results.
  • Excellent planning and organisation skills to manage a busy territory.
