As Global Digital Product Lead, you will shape and drive the digital product portfolio for Decorative Paints globally.

You will own the strategy, roadmap, and adoption of critical digital platforms that support our customers, painters, specifiers, and commercial teams.

You will work at the intersection of business, technology, and customer experience, ensuring digital products create measurable commercial value and support Akzo Nobel's digital transformation ambitions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and own the vision, roadmap, and lifecycle of global digital products.
  • Lead the development and deployment of platforms such as customer ecosystems, digital asset management, web platforms, learning solutions, and customer data capabilities.
  • Translate business needs into scalable digital solutions.
  • Drive adoption and change management across regions and markets.
  • Collaborate closely with Commercial, Marketing, Digital, and IT teams.
  • Establish governance, KPIs, and continuous improvement processes.
  • Prioritize initiatives based on business impact and strategic value.
  • Act as the primary business owner throughout product development and rollout.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or related field.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Experience leading global programs in a matrix organization.
  • Strong understanding of digital platforms, CRM, web technologies, and customer engagement solutions.
  • Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
