Job Purpose
You will play a crucial role in our business by recording and managing customer orders. You will provide a central order processing service that exceeds our customers’ expectations and improves customer loyalty for all AkzoNobel brands.

Job Responsibilities
• Provide superior levels of customer service.
• Process purchases efficiently and accurately, from initial order entry to final delivery.
• Handle incoming orders via email and phone.
• Action orders in SAP.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure processes are developed & continually improved to gain maximum efficiency & consistency.
• Handle & resolve customer complaints.
• Develop relationships with colleagues & customers to maintain brand loyalty.

Job Requirements
• GCSEs to include Maths & English(A-C) or Equivalent NVQ or AS Levels
• IT literate & comfortable using computerised business systems.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Good telephone manner.
