We’re looking for a Content Manager to lead the development and delivery of engaging, audience-centric content across our global Marine, Protective and Yacht businesses. In this role, you’ll shape how our brands connect with customers through compelling digital experiences, innovative content strategies, and best-in-class communications that drive engagement and commercial growth.

What you'll do:

  • Lead the development and delivery of engaging, audience-focused content across multiple channels and platforms.
  • Own and manage the global always-on communications calendar, ensuring a consistent pipeline of content that drives brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.
  • Create, edit, and manage content across websites, blogs, social media, email marketing, video, podcasts, internal communications, and campaign assets.
  • Work closely with Digital Communications teams to deliver impactful global social media strategies aligned to business priorities and channel best practice.
  • Optimise website content and digital customer journeys, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience.
  • Utilise SEO best practices, analytics, and customer insights to continually improve content performance and discoverability.
  • Monitor and analyse content performance, making data-driven recommendations to maximise engagement and return on investment.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies, including AI-powered content creation and optimisation tools, identifying opportunities to drive innovation and efficiency.
  • Manage and optimise the Brand Centre, ensuring brand assets are accessible, accurate, and effectively maintained.
  • Collaborate with agencies and cross-functional stakeholders across global markets to deliver outstanding marketing communications initiatives.

What you bring:

  • Degree qualified in Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience developing engaging content across multiple digital and communications channels.
  • Strong copywriting and editing skills, with the ability to adapt content for different audiences and platforms.
  • Experience managing content strategies and communications calendars within a global or multi-market environment.
  • Excellent understanding of SEO principles, website optimisation, and digital customer journeys.
  • Experience using analytics and reporting tools to measure performance and drive continuous improvement.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms, digital marketing best practices, and emerging technologies, including AI-enabled content tools.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience working collaboratively across teams and with external agencies.
