The Role

  • Operating production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Monitoring manufacturing processes to ensure products meet quality standards.
  • Carrying out routine equipment checks and basic maintenance activities.
  • Identifying and reporting equipment faults, defects, or production issues.
  • Supporting production line setups, changeovers, and adjustments.
  • Completing production records and documentation accurately.
  • Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment using 5S principles.
  • Following all health, safety, quality, and environmental procedures.
  • Working closely with colleagues, supervisors, and maintenance teams to achieve production targets.
