Sales Assistant (Relief Delivery Driver) £13.18 per hour & Sales‑Based Bonus. Part time - 20 hours per week.

Job Purpose
You will play a key role in the success of your store by collaborating with instore colleagues and our UK Sales Team to provide a memorable customer experience to professionals & DIY enthusiasts. You will carry out customer deliveries to homes and businesses too. This is a part time 20 hr per week role, and you need to be available to work shifts between 7am and 5pm Monday - Friday. You will also work some Saturday shifts (8am to 12pm) on a rotational basis, with time off in lieu.
Job Responsibilities
- Play an active part in engagement planning & monthly store meeting sessions.
- Ensure customers receive a warm welcome, an informed conversation & personalized proposal.
- Use our client service tools to ensure a consistent customer experience.
- Support your store’s monthly customer contact plan.
- Follow the merchandising plan to restock the shop floor.
- Develop your skills & encourage colleagues to do so using our training tools.
- Load the van and plan delivery routes as a relief driver, providing cover when the regular driver is on annual leave.

- Proven experience in a customer service/retail role.
- Enjoys a collaborative working environment where supporting colleagues is key.
