We have an excellent opportunity for a Customer Service Officer to join our global company at our office based in Sunshine North, VIC.

The Customer Service Officer is the primary internal contact for our customers. The role involves providing timely and effective advice and communication to enhance the company\’s reputation with customers and internal teams.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing documentation, order receipt, and prioritizing order processing while maintaining good customer relationships.
  • Supporting the order-to-cash process with efficient order processing.
  • Registering and processing customer orders received via email, phone, or other contacts using the ERP system.
  • Gaining adequate customer and product knowledge to find solutions and propose process improvements.

Qualifications and experience:

  • Previous experience in administration and customer service in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in computer skills and clerical work.
  • Customer-focused, team-oriented, flexible, with strong attention to detail and communication skills.
  • Solid experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Working knowledge of SAP Saturn is highly advantageous.
  • Knowledge of the paint industry is a plus.
