Job Purpose
You will play a key role in the success of your store by collaborating with instore colleagues and our UK Sales Team to provide a memorable customer experience to professionals & DIY enthusiasts.
We will look to you to use your people skills to help maximize the sales and market share of Akzo Nobel products and accessories in your store.
You will carry out customer deliveries to homes and businesses too.
This is a 36hr per week role, working shifts between 6am and 5pm Monday-Friday, and some Saturday mornings (8am–12pm) on a rotational basis.
- Job Responsibilities
- Play an active part in engagement planning & monthly store meeting sessions.
- Ensure customers receive a warm welcome, an informed conversation & personalized proposal.
- Use our client service tools to ensure a consistent customer experience.
- Support your store’s monthly customer contact plan.
- Follow the merchandising plan to restock the shop floor.
- Load the van, plan delivery routes, and drive the van to delivery locations.
- Develop your skills & encourage colleagues to do so using our training tools.

- Proven experience in a customer service/retail role.
- Valid driving license.
