As the EMEA Promo, Mix & RGM Tools Lead, you will shape how promotional investment and product mix are managed across Decorative Paints in EMEA.
You will set the standards for evaluating promotional effectiveness, identify opportunities to improve revenue and margin through better mix management, and lead the development of digital tools and data foundations that enable teams to make better commercial decisions.
Working closely with Sales, Brand & Category, Digital and other stakeholders across multiple markets, you will turn complex data and insights into practical actions that deliver measurable business impact.
Key responsibilities
- Define and maintain a consistent approach to evaluating promotional effectiveness, including baseline, uplift and return on investment, and establish post-event evaluation discipline across EMEA markets.
- Analyse promotional performance by channel, retailer and category, and use insights to guide future investment decisions.
- Set promotional strategies, principles and investment guidelines across key channels, and support market teams in prioritising opportunities.
- Track and forecast the impact of price, volume and product mix on revenue and margin, identifying opportunities across brands, product tiers, pack sizes, channels and customers.
- Partner with Brand & Category and Sales teams to turn mix opportunities into actionable plans and support portfolio and assortment decisions.
- Ensure promotional and mix assumptions are reflected in the business planning process.
- Lead the roadmap for digital revenue growth management tools, working with Digital, IT and external partners from requirements through to market rollout.
- Establish consistent RGM data definitions and drive adoption, continuous improvement and the integration of advanced analytics, marketing mix modelling into commercial decision-making.
What you bring
- A Master’s degree in business administration, economics, engineering, analytics or a comparable field.
- At least 5 years of experience in revenue growth management, commercial analytics, category management or a related field, including hands‑on promotional evaluation.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate commercial questions into practical analytical solutions and tools.
- Hands‑on experience evaluating promotions and identifying opportunities to improve promotional returns.
- Strong understanding of revenue drivers, with the ability to break performance down into price, volume and mix.
- Advanced Excel and strong Power BI skills; experience with SQL or Python is an advantage.
- Experience working with data models, metric definitions and multiple source systems, as well as collaborating with technical teams or external partners.
- Strong leadership, project management and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across multiple markets and an international matrix organisation.
