We're currently looking for a Support Centre Sales Process Coach to join our Continuous Improvement team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong operational knowledge, excellent analytical skills and a passion for coaching and process improvement to make a real impact across our Support Centre and Sales functions.

The Role

As our Support Centre / Sales Process Coach, you'll play a key role in ensuring our processes, controls and procedures are understood, adopted and continuously improved across the business. Acting as the first point of contact for process-related guidance, you'll help colleagues navigate procedures, maintain compliance and support the delivery of best practice. Working closely with function leaders, sales teams and key stakeholders, you'll identify opportunities for improvement, support change initiatives and help ensure our processes remain aligned to business requirements, risk controls and ISO standards. You will also liaise with key 3rd party business partners to facilitate best service delivery and to oversee data reconciliation.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Coaching and supporting Support Centre colleagues and Sales teams on processes, controls and compliance requirements.
  • Acting as the first point of contact for process-related queries and escalation support.
  • Monitoring compliance against key controls, procedures and self-assessment frameworks.
  • Analysing data to identify trends, risks, knowledge gaps and opportunities for improvement.
  • Producing reports and insights to support decision-making and performance improvements.
  • Supporting investigations into process exceptions, compliance concerns and operational risks.
  • Working closely and routinely with key 3rd party business partners to ensure all store transactions are accounted for and there is no financial risk to the business.
  • Working closely with internal stakeholders to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Helping maintain ISO compliance and alignment with the AkzoNobel Risk Control Matrix.
  • Supporting monthly reporting activities and wider Continuous Improvement projects.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for a proactive and commercially aware individual who enjoys solving problems, influencing others and improving ways of working. You'll ideally have:

  • Previous experience working within a customer-facing, support centre, sales or operational environment.
  • Strong knowledge of business processes, systems and controls.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • The confidence to coach, challenge and influence colleagues at all levels.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
  • Experience using Microsoft Dynamics or similar business systems.
  • The ability to work independently, manage priorities and drive results.

Experience in risk management, compliance or continuous improvement environments would be advantageous but is not essential.
