What you'll do:
- Build strong relationships to develop both existing and new customers.
- Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and developing existing customer accounts.
- Promote and sell the Dulux Trade/Retail, Armstead, Cuprinol & Automotive product ranges, ensuring customers understand the value and benefits of our solutions.
- Deliver product demonstrations and technical advice to customers to support their business success.
- Work closely with Trade & Retail partners, and internal teams to maximise opportunities in the market.
- Plan and manage your territory effectively, prioritising customer visits and business opportunities.
- Identify and win new business, strengthening AkzoNobel's presence within our portfolio of customers.
- Keep up to date with market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform your sales strategy.
- Represent AkzoNobel professionally in the field, delivering a best-in-class customer experience.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Experience in a field-based sales role or strong customer-facing commercial experience.
- A proven ability to build relationships and influence customers.
- A strong commercial mindset with a passion for driving sales and achieving results.
- Excellent planning and organisation skills to manage a busy territory.
- Confident communication and presentation skills.
- A proactive, self-motivated approach with a drive to succeed.
- A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel within your territory.
