As a Production Operator, you'll play a key role in ensuring our products are manufactured safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. If you're a team player with a strong work ethic and a keen eye for detail, we'd love to hear from you.
The Role:
- Operating production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Monitoring manufacturing processes to ensure products meet quality standards.
- Carrying out routine equipment checks and basic maintenance activities.
- Identifying and reporting equipment faults, defects, or production issues.
- Supporting production line setups, changeovers, and adjustments.
- Completing production records and documentation accurately.
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment using 5S principles.
- Following all health, safety, quality, and environmental procedures.
- Working closely with colleagues, supervisors, and maintenance teams to achieve production targets.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is desirable but not essential.
- A strong focus on quality, safety, and attention to detail.
