In this role you will lead regional media and marketing communications for the EMEA region, aligning campaigns with brand and business goals. Responsibilities
- Lead regional media strategy and investment decisions for the EMEA region
- Coordinate media planning to align with brand and commercial priorities, including retail media
- Deliver integrated marketing communications across multiple channels
- Collaborate with regional and local teams, brand, digital and insights functions, and external agencies
- Adapt and optimize regional marketing assets for local markets while preserving brand consistency
- Drive measurement and optimization to improve ROI and campaign performance
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely and effective execution
Key requirements
- Proven experience in brand communications, digital content creation or marketing production
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, media strategy, and campaign performance measurement
- Experience managing agency relationships and cross-functional stakeholders
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Passion for innovation, emerging marketing technologies, and AI-enabled solutions
