Job Purpose
You will have responsibility for creating and executing some of the away from store activation as well as for activating the communication/media strategy development for our professional brands primarily Dulux Trade, Armstead and Dulux Academy to the diverse trade customer universe.
Job Responsibilities
- Deliver the ABR plan (Vol, GIV, EBIT and specific brand health & share targets).
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a clear strategic direction for Dulux or Dulux Trade communications.
- Manage communications implementation from creative ideas through to production and media buying.
- Optimise media plans to drive maximum impact.
- Prioritise & drive the key initiatives to ensure brilliant execution across the business.
- Collaborate with colleagues/partners to build a compelling communications plan & execute across both physical & digital worlds as one customer journey.
- Ensure consistency of messaging & look & feel.
- Build in-depth knowledge of key professional audiences.
- Lead development & ongoing management of content.
- Manage relationships with business partners.
Job Requirements
- Graduate calibre.
- Experience of marketing in high performing businesses managing multiple categories and/or brands (ideally within FMCG, Retail or DIY industries).
- SBM level experience with good knowledge across consumer/professional markets.
- Ideally cross functional/market experience (Customer Marketing, Sales, Innovation, Insight, Global).
- Experience of working within a matrix organisation structure and influencing Global stakeholders.
