In Wels sind wir derzeit für einen unserer Partnerbetriebe auf der Suche nach einem engagierten Vertriebsmitarbeiter (m/w/d) im Innendienst und bieten eine abwechslungsreiche Dauerstelle mit flexiblen Arbeitszeiten und geplanter Übernahme in das Stammpersonal des Unternehmens.
Ihre Aufgaben:
- Überprüfung und Bestätigung der Kundenaufträge in Zusammenarbeit direkt mit Kunden oder dem Außendienst
- eigenständige Bearbeitung von Anfragen, Bestellungen und Auftragsänderungen
- Koordinierung logistischer Anforderungen und die Nachverfolgung und Kommunikation von Lieferterminen
- Abteilungsübergreifende Arbeiten
Unsere Anforderungen:
- abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
- Berufserfahrung und fundiertes Fachwissen im Kundenservice
- sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office-Anwendungen, insbesondere Word und Excel
- Erfahrungen im Umgang mit SAP/ERP, CRM oder ähnlicher Unternehmenssoftware sind von Vorteil
- systematische, strukturierte, sorgfältige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
