- We are looking for a
- Senior Sales Manager to drive business growth in the
UK market . This role requires a strategic and execution-focused professional with strong experience in
Fin Tech / payment processing / Saa S , capable of building a predictable pipeline and closing complex deals.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales of Akurateco products in the UK market with a focus on sustainable revenue growth
- Build and develop relationships with key stakeholders: PSPs, acquirers, merchants, and Fin Tech companies
- Design and execute outbound strategies (cold outreach, partnerships, account-based approach)
- Build and maintain a healthy and predictable sales pipeline (pipeline management, forecasting)
- Identify market opportunities, customer needs, and new verticals within the UK region
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to align go-to-market strategy
- Continuously optimize sales processes, scripts, and conversion metrics
- Represent the company at industry conferences and networking events to generate new business opportunities
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in
- B2B sales within
- Fin Tech, payment processing, or Saa S
- Proven track record of closing complex and high-value deals
- Strong experience in building and scaling sales pipelines from scratch
- Solid understanding of
- UK payments ecosystem (acquiring, gateways, regulatory context)
- Experience working with enterprise-level clients and long sales cycles
- Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and communication skills
- Self-driven, structured, and results-oriented mindset
- Existing network in the UK Fin Tech/payments space will be a strong advantage
- Higher education in Business, Economics, Marketing, or related fields
