What You’ll Do

  • Own Vilgain’s organic social media presence in the UK, with a strong focus on Instagram.
  • Build and execute a social media strategy that grows organic reach, engagement, and brand relevance in the UK market.
  • Create and oversee content across visuals, reels, stories, copy, and community engagement.
  • Spot trends, formats, and content opportunities that can push the brand forward organically.
  • Help shape Vilgain’s social presence as we continue building the brand in the UK.

Who are we looking for?

  • Proven experience managing social media accounts and creating organic content.
  • Strong track record of growing engagement and building communities.
  • Strong brand sense, visual storytelling skills, and feel for social-first content.
  • Experience ideally from food, lifestyle, wellness, or similar consumer brands.
  • Excellent English language skills.
  • Be comfortable working in a hybrid setup, with presence in our London office 3 times per week.
  • A driven, ambitious, hands‑on mindset and motivation to grow with the brand.
  • Ability to work closely with others, but also take ownership and move things forward independently.
