- You have a minimum of one (1) year of professional experience working as a talent agent, assistant agent, or within a talent representation environment where you have actively submitted and managed performers.
- You currently live in London and are able to work in a hybrid capacity from our Islington (N1) studio.
- You have unrestricted right to work in the United Kingdom and do not require sponsorship now or in the future.
- You are available to start work within the next 4-12 weeks.

About Us
Akta is a career development company dedicated to making the acting industry fairer for all. Through accessible pricing and Pay What You Can initiatives, we break down financial barriers, supporting talented performers from low-income and underrepresented backgrounds to access the tools they need to succeed. We’re now launching our agency and looking for an experienced Talent Agent to help build and develop our list. This is an opportunity to join the agency at an early stage and play a meaningful role in shaping its growth, systems, culture, and approach to representation.
The Role
This is a part-time, hybrid role based in our central London studio (N1, Islington). The successful candidate will initially work approximately 20 hours per week, with the intention of increasing hours as the agency grows. We’re looking for someone with strong industry knowledge, excellent organisational skills, and a genuine passion for talent development. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with actors, building relationships across the industry, and helping performers achieve long-term career growth.
