akt, the UK’s LGBTQ+ youth homelessness charity, is seeking a part-time Head of People and Operations to lead akt’s People function and ensure we have compliant HR systems, policies and procedures in place. The role reports to the Director of People and Operations and can be based in Manchester or London.
The salary is £32,948 per annum (pro rata hours worked) based on a full time equivalent of £41,185.34 per annum, for 28 hours per week.
