Job Summary: This role sits within akt’s fundraising and marketing team and is supervised by the Fundraising Manager (Individual Giving and Community). It is a pivotal role for a creative fundraising individual to deliver outstanding customer service to supporters of akt and our mission to end LGBTQ+ youth homelessness. The role is essential to show donors the appreciation they deserve and prove their impact.
Responsibilities:
- Thank donors efficiently and show gratitude.
- Use written and verbal communication skills to build strong relationships with supporters.
- Provide ad-hoc support across the fundraising team.
- Participate in the new supporter stewardship project, helping shape how we thank and steward supporters.
Qualifications: Ideal candidate will be creative, organized, and passionate about supporter care.
