About The Role:

As CRM Executive you will support campaign deployment and database maintenance; focused on the execution and delivery of day-to-day communications. You will support the Senior CRM Executive and work under the Head of Acquisition & Retention to execute and deliver CRM activity. Based in the UK, working in an agile format with travel to London office team days and other events as required. Customers will be in the UK, US, ANZ and EU.

Requirements:

• Campaign Execution: Building and sending email, SMS, and push notification campaigns for single campaigns or journeys.
• Content Creation: Writing campaign copy and briefing creative assets to design teams based on clear briefs and defined objectives.
• Database Management: Basic segmentation of the customer database for targeted sends using predefined rules.
• Compliance: Ensuring data integrity and compliance with regulations like GDPR.
• Technical Execution: Utilizing CRM platforms for building and sending campaigns across email, push, and SMS.
• Testing & Personalisation: Applying A/B testing fundamentals and basic personalisation to campaigns.
• Reporting: Tracking and reporting on open rates, CTR, and conversions through effective navigation of dashboards.
• Prioritisation: Managing execution prioritisation and minor audience refinements for individual campaigns.

About You:

• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and building/sending campaigns (Email, SMS, Push).
• Proficiency in writing campaign copy and briefing creative assets.
• Strong understanding of GDPR and data integrity compliance.
• Experience working with known audiences and predefined channels.
• Understanding of A/B testing fundamentals and campaign reporting (Open rates, CTR, etc.).
• Ability to perform basic audience segmentation and personalisation.
• Knowledge of customer lifecycle stages and dashboard navigation.
• Experience in the beauty or e-commerce industry (not essential).
