As CRM Executive you will support:
- Campaign deployment and database maintenance.
- Support the Senior CRM Executive and work under the Head of Acquisition & Retention to execute and deliver CRM activity.
- Building and sending email, SMS, and push notification campaigns for single campaigns or journeys.
Content Creation:
- Writing campaign copy and briefing creative assets to design teams based on clear briefs and defined objectives.
Database Management:
- Basic segmentation of the customer database for targeted sends using predefined rules.
Compliance:
- Ensuring data integrity and compliance with regulations like GDPR.
Utilizing CRM platforms for building and sending campaigns across email, push, and SMS.
Testing & Personalisation:
- Applying A/B testing fundamentals and basic personalisation to campaigns.
Requirements:
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and building/sending campaigns (Email, SMS, Push).
- Proficiency in writing campaign copy and briefing creative assets.
- Strong understanding of GDPR and data integrity compliance.
- Understanding of A/B testing fundamentals and campaign reporting (Open rates, CTR, etc.).
Flexible working: work from home, at our Oxford Circus office (which comes with gym access), or in co-working spaces across the UK. We’ll reimburse you if you prefer a co-working space over working from home.
