Role Type: Six Month Fixed Term Contract

We are recruiting for a full‑time Coordinator to support the implementation and ongoing management of the Company’s Integrated Management System (IMS), covering Quality, Health & Safety, and Environmental standards. Reporting to the Compliance Director, this role plays a key part in ensuring compliance with business and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the implementation, management, and continual improvement of an IMS that is fit for purpose, fully compliant, and certified to the following standards:
    • ISO 9001 (Quality Management)
    • ISO 14001 (Environmental Management)
    • ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety Management)
  • Plan, schedule, and oversee the annual audit programme, monitoring and reviewing projects to ensure compliance and manage business risk across AKT II’s operations, using established audit checklists.
  • Maintain external certifications and lead relationships with certification bodies and other relevant external organisations.
Required Skills
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
  • Proven organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Typing proficiency and data entry experience.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Prior office experience is highly desirable.
  • Administrative experience with a focus on business processes.
