We are recruiting for a full-time Coordinator to support the implementation and ongoing management of the Company’s Integrated Management System (IMS), covering Quality, Health & Safety, and Environmental standards. Reporting to the Compliance Director, this role plays a key part in ensuring compliance with business and regulatory requirements.

You will have proven experience in planning, defining, and documenting business processes, as well as conducting internal and external audits, ideally within an engineering or technical environment. You will also bring extensive experience in managing relationships with external auditors and governing bodies, taking a lead role in maintaining certification to international and other recognised standards.

The role and responsibilities:

  • Assist with the implementation, management, and continual improvement of an IMS that is fit for purpose, fully compliant, and certified to the following standards:
    • ISO 9001 (Quality Management)
    • ISO 14001 (Environmental Management)
    • ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety Management)
  • Plan, schedule, and oversee the annual audit programme, monitoring and reviewing projects to ensure compliance and manage business risk across AKT II’s wider operations, using established audit checklists.
  • Maintain external certifications and lead relationships with certification bodies and other relevant external organisations.

Required skills:

  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
  • Proven organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Typing proficiency and data entry experience.

Qualifications and experience:

  • Prior office experience is highly desirable.
  • Administrative experience with a focus on business processes.
