Our business provides clients with advisory, investment management, and research services across private credit, private equity, real assets, and hedge funds. As of September 30, 2025, Aksia advises on over $362bn and manages $33bn of client capital.

Aksia is seeking an experienced distribution professional to manage and grow our relationships with private banks and private wealth platforms across Europe. This individual will play a critical role in deepening Aksia’s presence within the European private wealth ecosystem and driving distribution of our offerings. This is a high impact, externally facing role requiring strong commercial acumen, product fluency across alternatives, and the ability to position Aksia’s solutions within the architecture of European private banks. This professional will have the support of teams across the firm to ensure thoughtful engagement and seamless delivery of our products. The position can be based in Aksia’s London office or be remote within the region, with regular travel.

Responsibilities

  • Lead business development efforts with European private banks and other wealth channels building distribution partnerships.
  • Develop and execute strategy, including market mapping, product positioning, and channel-specific initiatives.
  • Drive fundraising and other offerings.
  • Deliver product expertise to private bankers, investment counselors, and end-clients as needed.
  • Stay informed on market dynamics, regulatory considerations, and wealth‑channel trends.

Qualifications

  • 3–12 years of experience in private wealth, private bank distribution, or business development within alternative investments.
  • Strong understanding of alternative investment strategies, including private credit, private equity, hedge funds, and real assets.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive commercial outcomes, manage multiple concurrent initiatives, and navigate complex organizations.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills.
  • High degree of professionalism, integrity, and commercial judgment.
