AKS Air Conditioning Ltd, a 34 year established national HVAC contractor based in Formby (NW England), is hiring a Commercial Manager. The role owns new business origination, technical estimating, and contract closing across our target sectors: healthcare, retail, and hospitality. This is a hunter role with serious upside.
You'll work directly with the Managing Director on pipeline, pricing strategy, and key account growth, and support AKS's medium-term goals.
Requirements:
- Experience in healthcare, retail or hospitality is a major plus
- Full UK driving licence
- Right to work in the UK
