Job Summary
Responsible for creating and managing UX measurement frameworks, executing surveys, and conducting qualitative UX research studies to enhance content moderation and AI user journeys.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and deliver a measurement framework for the Content Moderation and AI Critical User Journeys.
- Define measurement instruments and specifications including writing survey questions.
- Manage and execute the content moderation UX metrics program, including quarterly research reports.
- Collect and analyze Reviewer Satisfaction surveys, reporting on their effectiveness.
- Conduct qualitative UX research studies including usability studies, desk research, and heuristic reviews.

- Proficient in writing and analyzing surveys.
