You will manage groups of participants through a variety of rigorous exercise protocols ensuring every sensor, wearable, and gold-standard lab device captures high-fidelity data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Protocol Leadership: Lead human research protocols in group settings, managing multiple participants simultaneously across various exercise modalities while ensuring safety and adherence to SOPs.
  • Technical Data Collection & QA: Execute high-fidelity data capture using gold-standard equipment alongside Client wearable ecosystem (Pixel Watch, Fitbit Devices).

  • Subject & Study Coordination: Manage the end-to-end participant experience - from recruitment and scheduling to Informed Consent and risk mitigation.
  • Compliance: Maintain rigorous documentation, adhering to best clinical practice, Data Retention policies, and Research Ethics Committee requirements.

You will be at the forefront of health and wearable technology, working in a fast-paced environment where your work directly impacts the development of future Client products. This is not a "desk job"—it is a hands-on role for a "doer" who loves the intersection of human performance and technology.

  • Degree in Physiology, Sports Science, Biomedicine, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in an applied setting such as coaching, personal training, sports club leadership, or military instruction. Experience in a clinical or research lab is a significant plus.
  • Familiarity with the wearable ecosystem (smartwatches, rings, trackers) and human performance hardware (VO2 Max carts, ECG, Force Plate, etc.).
  • Highly organized with a knack for administrative tracking and scheduling.
  • Ability to work onsite at our King’s Cross lab 5 days a week.
