Job Summary:
We are seeking a Mid-Level UX Researcher with a strong background in both B2C and B2B environments, specializing in enterprise SAAS products. This role requires someone who can independently manage complete research projects, from problem framing to the communication of findings, and directly impact product decisions through tactical and strategic research. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have a blend of both qualitative and quantitative research skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Independently manage end-to-end research projects.
- Design and conduct impactful research that influences product decisions.
- Communicate findings clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
- Work effectively in both B2C and B2B SaaS environments.
- Adapt and thrive in a fast-paced setting.
Must-Have Skills:
- Strong experience in UXR with ability to conduct both tactical and strategic research.
- Solid background in qualitative and quantitative analysis.
- Proven track record working on enterprise-level SaaS products.
Industry Experience:
Experience in the SaaS domain, with exposure to both B2C and B2B environments is essential for this role.
