Job Summary: This role is crucial for supporting research studies by meticulously collecting and managing data from participants. You will ensure smooth operational execution, from preparing testing environments and devices to facilitating participant interactions and documentation. The position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and accurate record-keeping throughout the research lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and configure test devices for data collection.
- Recruit, schedule, and obtain consent from research subjects.
- Observe and document usability testing sessions.
- Create user-facing research materials and multimedia assets.
- Track study progress, manage blockers, and maintain equipment.
Must-Have Skills
- Experience with data collection protocols.
- Proficiency in managing participant schedules and consent.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues during testing.
Industry Experience
This role would benefit from experience in user experience research or a related scientific research environment.
