Job Summary: As a Senior Content Designer for Wearables and Trackers, your role will be to design intuitive, multi-modal experiences that live at the intersection of hardware and software. You will go beyond traditional screen-based design, crafting the voice, tone, and information architecture for interactions that span wrist-based displays, audio interfaces, and cross-device ecosystems. Success in this position requires a deep understanding of glanceable content and a passion for creating seamless user journeys that feel natural and unobtrusive in a user’s daily life including logging workouts and tracking changes in their health metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the wearables content strategy and evolve it for the short and long-term product roadmap.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to define product strategy and influence key cross-functional decisions that drive positive user outcomes.
  • Collaborate with UX researchers, product managers, and engineers to translate user needs and product requirements into effective conversational designs.
  • Establish the personality, voice, tone, and style conventions for wearable devices.
  • Design the end-to-end conversational experience for a wide range of user interactions and use cases on device.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in UX writing, content design, technical writing, writing, editorial, marketing, or related, as well as leading content strategy projects.
  • Experience shipping consumer-facing hardware products, especially wearable devices and trackers for health and wellness experiences.
