Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Research Assistant to join our dynamic Research team onsite in London. The role involves responsibilities including dataset collection, user testing, subject management, and maintaining compliance with research protocols. Ideal candidates will possess a keen eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for enhancing user experience through empirical research.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and configure test devices for dataset collection, ensuring best practices in subject interaction.
  • Manage subject recruitment, scheduling, and consent processes efficiently.
  • Observe usability testing sessions and provide detailed transcriptions.
  • Contribute to improving testing conditions by offering protocol feedback.
  • Prepare user testing materials and manage lab equipment.

Must-Have Skills

  • PhD in Kinesiology will be preferred.
  • Expertise in data collection and management.
  • Proficiency in usability testing and providing actionable insights.
  • Exceptional communication skills for effective subject management.
  • Prior experience in Research or User Experience testing is highly preferred, particularly within the health or fitness technology domain.
