As a Product Designer, you will help shape high-quality digital experiences across a range of platforms and touchpoints. Working closely with designers, strategists, technologists and clients, you will contribute to the creation of thoughtful, well-crafted products that balance user needs, business objectives and technical feasibility. Working within an embedded client team, you will support the design and delivery of digital experiences that enhance global product storytelling and launch moments, ensuring every interaction is purposeful, cohesive and user-focused.

Role Requirements
  • Create high-quality designs for digital products and interactive experiences across web and mobile platforms.
  • Demonstrate a high standard of visual craft, delivering polished interface designs with exceptional attention to detail, typography, composition, and interaction.
  • Contribute to the development of user-centred design solutions from concept through to delivery.
  • Design interfaces, components and user flows that support both user and business needs.
  • Collaborate closely with UX, content, technology and production teams to bring ideas to life.
  • Translate concepts into wireframes, prototypes and polished visual designs.
  • Apply and maintain established design systems and brand guidelines across multiple touchpoints.
  • Participate in design reviews, workshops and collaborative working sessions.
  • Present design work clearly and confidently, explaining the rationale behind decisions.
  • Support testing, iteration and continuous improvement throughout the design process.
  • Stay informed on emerging design trends, tools and best practices.
Qualities and Characteristics
  • Experience designing digital products, services or interactive experiences, ideally within an agency or in-house product team.
  • A portfolio demonstrating exceptional visual craft, strong UI design capabilities, problem-solving skills, and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Understanding of user-centred design principles, interaction design and usability best practices.
  • Strong knowledge of layout, typography, visual hierarchy and interface design.
  • Proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools such as Figma.
  • Comfortable working collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
  • Able to balance creativity with practicality and execution.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and consistency.
  • Curious, proactive and eager to learn and develop new skills.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships with colleagues and clients.
