Your approach is always consistent with the London studio's strategy and operations, ensuring a world‑class experience for everyone who walks through our doors.

This is a part time role, ideally 3 days per week based in our studio in Farringdon.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the go‑to person for day‑to‑day support of teams across the AKQA Studio.
  • Maintain awareness of the daily meeting room schedule and plan, prioritise, and complete the set‑up and clear‑down of all meeting rooms on time, to a high standard with attention to detail.
  • Order catering for meetings, events, stationery areas and kitchen.
  • Organise and set up all internal events and internal moves.
  • Serve as the face of AKQA London – welcoming and greeting clients, guests, and team members with professionalism, warmth, and care.
  • Manage all administrative tasks, including security passes, booking couriers, studio requests, meeting rooms and travel booking.
  • Ensure the entire studio environment reflects AKQA's commitment to excellence, from reception to shared spaces.
  • Maintain a tidy, welcoming, and inspiring atmosphere at all times.
  • Assist with onboarding and off‑boarding of teams across the AKQA Studio.
  • Handle basic maintenance tasks safely, practically and with strong attention to detail.
  • Organise and oversee any on‑site maintenance and minor repairs.
  • Manage contractors on site and ensure they comply with all H&S legislation.
  • Play an active role in the Studio Culture team to create meaningful moments that foster connection, creativity, and a strong sense of collaboration across the studio.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • At least 2 years’ experience working in a service, hospitality or luxury role within a similar dynamic and fast‑paced environment.
  • Dynamic personality with a strong bias to action.
  • Demonstrated ability to set and implement priorities, manage multiple tasks, and work to tight deadlines and high service levels.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills with high attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook with good numerical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
