Seeking a CIPD Level 5 qualified experienced HR individual to work with the HR Manager in respect of all aspects of HR projects and practices. As well as providing administrative support, you will have knowledge of employment law and HR best practice.

Duties will include:

  • Recruitment & Onboarding
  • Employee Life-cycle Administration
  • Employee Relations
  • Absence Management
  • HR Policy and Compliance
  • Process Improvement

Additionally, as this is in an education environment, safeguarding is a prime task.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Minimum Level 5 CIPD qualified
  • 2 years' experience within an HR role
  • Working knowledge of Word, Outlook & Excel
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Knowledge of Safer Recruitment and SCR
  • Driving Licence due to location

Hours are 9 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday Term Time and 9 am to 3 pm during holiday periods.
