We are seeking an experienced and dynamic 360 Tech Recruitment Consultant with 2+ years of proven experience in the tech recruitment industry. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong track record in managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, from business development and candidate sourcing to placement and post-hire client engagement.
As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth while building strong, lasting relationships with clients and candidates. Proactively identify and engage new clients in the tech sector, building long-term partnerships.
Develop and implement strategies to expand your client base through networking, market research, and referrals. Source, screen, and engage top tech talent using various platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, and personal networks. Provide career advice to candidates and support them throughout the recruitment process.
End-to-End Recruitment:Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, shortlisting, scheduling interviews, and closing offers. Keep abreast of emerging trends and technologies within the tech recruitment industry.
Experience:Minimum 1 year of experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant, ideally within the tech sector. Strong understanding of the tech recruitment market, including roles in software development, cloud, cybersecurity, DevOps, data, and infrastructure. Expertise in identifying and securing top talent, building trust, and maintaining long-term relationships.
Tools:Proficient in using CRM systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruitment platforms.
