Vivid Hospitality is a fast-growing hospitality staffing business working with stadiums, arenas and major event venues across the UK. We supply high-volume, high-pressure environments where delivery matters and failure isn’t really an option.
This is a delivery-first recruitment role. You’re accountable for shifts being filled, people turning up, and clients feeling handled.
You’ll own end-to-end recruitment and staffing delivery for stadiums and major events, including:
- Managing high-volume recruitment for hospitality roles including chefs, cooks, kitchen assistants and porters
- Building and maintaining reliable talent pools by role, location and availability
- Taking client briefs and converting them into realistic recruitment and fill plans
- Working closely with resourcers around fixture calendars and peak event periods
- Screening quickly but properly, focusing on reliability, pace and attitude
- Managing bookings, confirmations, reminders and last-minute cover
- Handling matchday changes calmly and decisively when things move
- Maintaining strong relationships with venue and catering partners
- Keeping CRM records, compliance and availability fully up to date
- Tracking fill rate, show rate, drop-outs and overall delivery quality
This is not a post-and-pray role. You’ll be on the phone. You’ll chase confirmations. You’ll solve problems in real time.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in temp recruitment or staffing, ideally hospitality or events
- Comfortable working at matchday pace with tight deadlines and moving parts
- Strong relationship management with both clients and candidates
- Organised, direct and calm under pressure
- Confident using CRM/ATS systems and Excel
- Flexible to work evenings and weekends around fixtures when required
- Experience staffing stadiums, arenas or major venues is a big plus, but not essential if you’ve worked in similar high-pressure environments.
What good looks like:
- High fill rates and strong show rates
- Reliable, active talent pools
- Clients planned with properly, not firefighting every week
- No surprises. Solutions, not excuses.
If you’re good at this kind of work, you’ll know by the end of this description.
