We are seeking a full-time unregistered teacher or teacher in training to join our whanau. Ako Tahi is about learning together as one. We value fun, happiness, and laughter, with play-based learning supporting the development of curiosity, resilience, and confidence. We pride ourselves on our low ratios, quality environment, relationships and connections with our community.
We are seeking someone with:
- Experience in working with all age groups, as this position is currently for 3 days in the nursery and 2 days in the Preschool.
- Able to work 34 hours per week (8.30am-3pm, plus 4 hours non-contact per week).
- A genuine love and passion for working with children.
We can offer:
- 100% free fees for your own children.
- A highly experienced and supportive management team.
- A manager that provides on-going consultation and communication.
- 4 hours non-contact time per week for assessment, PGC's, planning.
- Staff meetings from 3-4pm once a month.
