Akkodis is seeking an experienced HRIS Specialist to support and enhance the Oracle HCM system in a Glasgow-based role, with 3 days a week on site.
You’ll combine HR systems expertise with HR process knowledge to support users and develop training materials.
You'll maintain forms and workflows, ensure data integrity, and contribute to reporting with Power BI, engaging stakeholders across HR and the business to drive system improvements.
