Joining our Talent division, you’ll be identifying new customers within a specific technology sector and sourcing niche talent for them.
You’ll be working alongside a small team of ambitious and motivated sales people. In fact, your new colleagues are some of THE most successful recruiters in the UK business. Most of us started with no experience and are now earning six figures.
Your outbound phone experience will be invaluable as this is how you’ll build relationships with tech experts.
You’ll receive full training so don’t worry if your IT expertise only stretches to unlocking your phone!
Gaining and chasing sales leads, negotiating business terms and meeting customers in-person and virtually will all be part of your remit as a Recruitment Consultant.
