Overview of department: The Procurement Excellence team operates at an International (Group) level and is a team of subject matter experts providing support to Procurement and the Senior Procurement management team.
Responsibilities:
- All Non procurement Vendor Due diligence - Investigating vendors on third party tools, proposing an assessment, validating with compliance.
- On Boarding processing.
- Supplier data management.
- Stakeholder management - Finance, compliance, procurement, rest of business.
- Reporting and dashboards.
Skillset/experience required:
- Supplier On Boarding/KYC.
- Defence and aerospace regulatory knowledge.
- Knowledge of ISO37001 - ETHICS.
- Knowledge of ISO9001 - QUALITY.
- Advanced excel/word/powerpoint skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Quick to master new tools and processes.
- Ivalua (advantageous not required).
- SAP (preferential not required).
