We’re looking for an Electronics Hardware Engineer to support redesign and lifecycle management of electronic systems, with a strong focus on replacing obsolete components and keeping systems running at peak performance.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Redesign legacy electronic hardware to address component obsolescence.
  • Update PCB schematics (digital & mixed-signal) while maintaining form, fit, and function.
  • Work with microcontrollers, FPGAs, RF interfaces, and power systems.
  • Support integration, testing, troubleshooting, and validation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (firmware, mechanical, manufacturing, suppliers).
  • Contribute to documentation, design reviews, and engineering change processes.
  • Support products through the full lifecycle—from prototype to in-service.

What we’re looking for:

  • Degree in Electronic/Electrical Engineering (or similar).
  • Experience in hardware design and PCB schematics.
  • Strong understanding of component obsolescence and redesign.
  • Knowledge of digital/mixed-signal systems, debugging, and testing.
  • Familiarity with DFM/DFT, PLM tools (e.g. Windchill), and engineering change processes.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Bonus if you have:

  • Experience supporting legacy or safety-critical systems.
  • Hands-on experience with full product lifecycle and system integration.
