Scope
The Digital Practice has experienced significant growth over the past two years and is continuing to expand its Enterprise Platforms capability.
This role will play a key part in supporting the practice's growth by contributing to opportunity shaping, bid activities, client engagement, solution design, and successful programme delivery.
Working across enterprise technology environments, with SAP as a key focus area, the Enterprise Platform Lead will help clients deliver complex business transformation initiatives while supporting the development of Akkodis' people, capabilities, and service offerings.
Role
The Enterprise Platform Lead is responsible for providing technical leadership, delivery oversight, and people management across Akkodis' Enterprise Platforms practice.
Acting as a trusted advisor to clients and stakeholders, you will help shape and deliver enterprise transformation programmes across platforms including SAP, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Pega, and other enterprise technologies.
The role combines practice leadership, capability development, business growth, and delivery assurance, ensuring solutions are secure, scalable, and aligned to client and business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the Enterprise Platforms capability, driving technical excellence, delivery quality, and practice growth.
- Support business development activities, including opportunity qualification, solution shaping, proposal development, bid responses, and client presentations.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing guidance on enterprise platform strategy, transformation roadmaps, and technology adoption.
- Provide leadership across enterprise platform engagements, with particular focus on SAP-led transformation programmes and wider enterprise application ecosystems.
- Oversee the successful delivery of complex transformation programmes, ensuring solutions meet client requirements, budget, quality, and timeline expectations.
- Collaborate with architects, consultants, delivery teams, and technology partners to design integrated, scalable, and secure solutions.
- Establish and maintain delivery standards, governance processes, and best practices across enterprise platform projects.
- Lead, mentor, and develop multidisciplinary teams, supporting recruitment, performance management, capability development, and succession planning.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders, technology partners, and internal business leaders.
- Drive continuous improvement, innovation, and knowledge sharing across the practice.
- Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture principles, security requirements, and industry standards.
- Contribute to the ongoing growth and development of Akkodis' Digital Practice through thought leadership and market engagement.
- Required Experience
- Proven experience leading enterprise application, ERP, CRM, or digital transformation programmes within complex organisations.
- Strong experience working with SAP solutions, ideally including S/4HANA or wider SAP transformation initiatives.
- Experience across other enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Service Now, Pega, Oracle, Workday, or comparable technologies.
- Demonstrated success supporting business development, opportunity shaping, bids, proposals, and client presentations.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary consulting and delivery teams.
- Strong stakeholder management experience, including engagement with senior business and technology leaders.
- Experience operating within consulting, systems integration, professional services, or enterprise transformation environments.
- Required Skills
- Strong understanding of enterprise platforms and business applications, with SAP expertise considered highly advantageous.
- Broad knowledge of enterprise architecture, application modernisation, and integration approaches.
- Ability to advise clients on platform strategy, operating models, and transformation roadmaps.
- Strong commercial awareness with experience supporting revenue growth and practice development.
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and capability-building skills.
- Strong communication and influencing abilities across both technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience working across multiple technology vendors and enterprise ecosystems.

- Required Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Information Systems, or a related discipline, or equivalent industry experience.
- Relevant certifications in enterprise platforms such as SAP, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Service Now, Pega, or comparable technologies are desirable.
- Professional certifications in enterprise architecture, cloud technologies, project delivery, or agile methodologies would be advantageous.
