At the heart of this position is the ability to shape and deliver sophisticated, end-to-end technical solutions across multiple ServiceNow modules. You'll partner closely with customers, translating complex challenges into clear, business-focused outcomes and confidently presenting these to a mix of senior, technical, and non-technical stakeholders. You'll work alongside the sales team to uncover and refine client requirements, playing a pivotal role in winning new business from early engagement through to close.
What we're looking for:
- A proven Solution Consultant within the ServiceNow ecosystem, comfortable operating in a client-facing, high-impact role.
- Someone who can own and lead discovery conversations, getting under the skin of a customer's goals and challenges, then translating these into well-crafted, compelling technical solutions.
- A strong pre-sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, with a track record of supporting and winning new business.
- A confident communicator who can build credibility quickly, engage stakeholders at all levels, and develop lasting relationships both internally and externally.
To be considered, you'll need to already be based in the Netherlands, be fluent in both Dutch and English (C1 level or above), and be open to travelling to client sites when required.
The compensation package is a base salary up to €120k, with an OTE of €160k.
