Job Title: ServiceNow HR Pro Implementation Specialist | 6 Months | Remote (UK-based)
You must be a UK resident, currently living in the UK, and eligible to work on government projects
We’re on the lookout for a ServiceNow HR Pro Implementation Specialist to join a high-profile government project on a 6-month contract, starting at the end of March.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leading the end-to-end implementation of ServiceNow HR Pro... we need a strong ServiceNow HRSD technician.
- Working closely with a multitude of stakeholders gathering requirements and translating them into workable solutions.
- Configuring ServiceNow HRSD modules.
- Post go-live support.
- Internal training and knowledge sharing within HRSD.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong hands-on experience implementing ServiceNow HRSD (HR Pro).
- A strong understanding of HR Service Delivery workflows and best practices.
- Experience in configuring and customizing ServiceNow HR modules.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
You must be willing to go to client site as and when required for key meetings/project milestones.
