They're looking for a Service Now HRSD Consultant who can help organisations modernise HR services, improve employee experiences and make better use of digital workflows across the business.
This role sits between business and technology.
You'll work alongside experienced consultants, architects and delivery teams, helping clients understand their challenges, shape requirements and translate business needs into practical Service Now-enabled solutions.
While some Service Now exposure would be beneficial, this role could also suit someone looking to build their expertise and gain hands-on experience within a growing and supportive consulting environment.
You'll be involved across a range of transformation initiatives, supporting discovery activities, facilitating workshops, contributing to solution design discussions and helping shape Service Now-enabled improvements from concept through to delivery.
